Service Coordinator – Full-time | King City, ON

A dealership Service Coordinator acts as the crucial link between customers and the service department, primarily by scheduling appointments, handling inbound calls/inquiries, confirming service, and managing internal workflow to ensure smooth operations, efficiently booking jobs, coordinating parts/techs, helping customers hook-up trailers,  and following up to maintain customer satisfaction and drive service revenue.

 

 

Certified Mechanic (310T or 310J) – Full or Part-time | King City, ON

Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on trailers following Ontario’s DriveOn program guidelines. Certification and experience required.

I have been storing multiple trailers at King City Trailers for more than 8 seasons now, and it has been nothing short of spectacular. The location is extremely convenient whether I am coming from home in Richmond Hill, or my office in Concord. The lot is always clean and tidy, and very welcoming. I love that I can call ahead, and they’ll have the trailer ready to go when I arrive. If I forget to call ahead, I am always greeted by staff with a smile when approaching them regarding my trailer. I also stop in for parts and they provide service whenever needed. The team is super friendly and always happy to help. Highly recommended.
